This retreat combines both scheduled & intentional moments as well as lots of downtime to just BE. You will be encouraged to ditch your phone, at least for scheduled moments throughout the weekend. You will be surprised by just how much more connected you will feel without it.
Through guided meditation, nature walks, gentle yoga, dance, a nervous system reset session, sensory awareness practices, and nourishing meals, you’ll engage deeply, surrounded by the beauty of the wild, and you’ll rediscover the joy of being fully present.

Here's what ppl had to say about their retreat experiences with Lea/The Elevated Experience:
LYDIA:
"Lea's retreat was fun, restorative, and emotional, and there was a warm communal atmosphere that was positively DIVINE. My eyes are lowkey stinging right now thinking about it!! The group cold plunge and the dancing (nighttime free dance, morning yoga class) were some of my standout highlights, but the whole weekend was filled with beautiful moments of self reflection and sharing with others. Also a good blend of structured + unstructured time. Everyone's energy was amazing! I can't wait to go back!"
SARAH:
"Lea's retreat was thoughtfully planned to be inclusive, inspiring, and relaxing. It was clear how much care she and her team put into every aspect of it. The activities and food were so enjoyable! I left feeling grounded and renewed, with new friendships."
SHELBY:
"Lea had a beautiful way of facilitating our group to feel comfortable with ourselves which allowed us to feel comfortable with each other. With a schedule that allowed for our own adventures and time to process our experiences but also guided us into movement, sharing and connection - I found myself restored and cared for in a way that I have not made time for in too long! I would absolutely recommend anyone who is interested to make the time for themselves - you won't regret it!"
ALI:
"I am so thankful that I gave myself the gift of this retreat! Under Lea's guidance, it was simply a magical experience. I left feeling like a new person! Allowing oneself time to disconnect from the demands of life and reconnect with nature, like minded souls and yourself is something we do not do enough of. This retreat allowed me to open myself up in ways I did not realize I needed. And the food!! My belly and my mind were well nourished. This was my first retreat and will not be my last. I am so grateful to Lea and all the amazing people who were also there."
