Gentle Yoga for Seniors with Lea

A 4-Part Series

Move with ease. Build confidence. Feel good in your body.

Step into summer feeling more mobile, supported, and at ease in your body. Lea’s beginner-friendly classes guide you through each movement step by step with plenty of options and support along the way.

Week 1 — Move with Ease

Focus on slowing down, connecting with the breath, and learning foundational movements to help improve mobility and reduce stiffness. This class is all about feeling comfortable and supported in your body.

Week 2 — Build Balance & Confidence

Explore gentle balance work, posture, and supportive strengthening exercises designed to help you feel steadier, more stable, and more confident in everyday movement.


Week 3 — Release Tension & Tightness

Using mindful stretching, breathwork, and supported movement, this class focuses on releasing tension held in the body while improving flexibility and relaxation.


Week 4 — Restore & Recharge

A calming and restorative class designed to help you unwind, recharge your energy, and leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed moving into summer.

Lea’s classes are truly beginner-friendly, guiding you through each movement step by step with plenty of options along the way. You’ll learn how to use blocks and props to support your body through each stretch safely and comfortably.

These classes are about more than movement — they’re about building confidence in your body, reducing tension, improving balance and mobility, and helping you feel your very best from the inside out.

WHEN: Fridays, 11am, June 5 - 26th inclusive

INVESTMENT: $72 (tax inc)

MORE ABOUT LEA:

Lea Coultas is a certified yoga teacher, DJ, podcaster, musician, and the creator of The Elevated Experience. Since 2017, she has been guiding movement and fitness classes in St. John’s, beginning her journey teaching gentle yoga to seniors.

Her passion for growth and learning led her to Costa Rica in 2018 and 2019, where she completed her Hatha Yoga and Kids & Teens Yoga certifications. Most recently, Lea earned her Personal Training Certification through the International Sports & Science Association (ISSA), further expanding her knowledge of movement, strength, and overall wellness.

Lea’s mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces where people feel free to move, explore, and connect with their bodies through music. Her classes are playful, accessible, and liberating—rooted in a beginner-friendly approach that empowers individuals to discover what movement feels best for them.

With Lea’s classes, you’re not just getting a movement experience—you’re stepping into a transformational journey designed to help you build confidence in yourself, deepen the connection to your body, and cultivate more self-love along the way.
