My take on fitness? It doesn't have to be a chore. Combining the right music with different styles of movement is the best way to make exercise FUN!

Yoga Dance combines gentle stretch, low/high impact aerobics, and free dance. In a judgement free class where the goal is to simply connect with the music & meet your body where it is.
